How do you ship?
We ship via UPS. USPS First Class (for small items) or Priority Mail (typical delivery in 1-3 business days, but can be up to 7-14 business days).
Ellis Dee Smoke Shop is the only party authorized to make changes to your shipment after your order is placed. Please contact us if you need to make any change to your delivery.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM CST typically ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may not ship until the following Tuesday at the latest. Exceptions are made for holidays recognized by our shipping partners.
Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Yes. Purchased products will only be handed over to the online buyer. Buyers must present a valid government-issued photo ID at time of pick-up. Any exceptions must be made in advance and are at the sole discretion of Ellis Dee Smoke Shop.
What if I refuse delivery?
If package is refused at the time of delivery for whatever reason, customer will only be refunded the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost after the item is returned and passes inspection.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
With very limited exceptions shipments must be delivered to the address associated with the account of the payment method used.
Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Yes, provided that all other requirements are met.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Are shipping fees refunded?
Shipping charges will be deducted from any return or refund (this includes orders that originally qualified for free shipping). Buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs. Ellis Dee Smoke Shop does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Ellis Dee Smoke Shop will pay for return shipping in the event that there was an error made filling the order.
