Take bigger dabs and reduce the splatter with the ceramic dome protector, it's like an inner bowl that helps keep the concentrate on the coil. These are 510 thread coils that screw into a female thread component. If you are using a regular Ooze pen, you'll also need a coil basement that allows you to attach the coil to the device.
